This is a draft, not a policy
The text below is placeholder written to get the page structure in place. It has not been reviewed and should not be relied on. Nothing here is a commitment until this notice is gone and a date appears above.
What we store about you, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
TODO: your name and email address from Google sign-in; the profile answers you give at onboarding; the competitions you save; and everything you write inside a prep workspace.
TODO: state plainly that we do not ask for a password, because sign-in is delegated to Google.
What we send to an AI model
TODO: this is the section that matters most for this product and the one a generic template will not cover. Name the provider, say that competition briefs and the text you write in a workspace are sent to it to produce analysis, plans and rehearsal questions, and say whether that data is used for training.
TODO: the weekly digest is opt-out in Settings, and deadline reminders. Say what triggers each and how to stop them.
Who else can see your work
TODO: teammates you invite to a workspace can read and edit it. Be specific about what an invite grants, since this is the only place one person's data becomes several people's.
Keeping and deleting your data
TODO: retention period, and how to request deletion. Account deletion is not built yet — a workspace can be shared, so deleting an owner needs a decision about what happens to their teammates' plan. Until it exists, say how to ask a human.
Analytics
TODO: product analytics record which screens are used and which actions are taken, to work out what helps people win. Name the processor.
